Newcomer Kent Jones burst onto the American hip hop scene with his debut single 'Don't Mind', which we've all heard and can agree is definitely the next upcoming big hit across all the stations. 'Don't Mind' debuted at number 63 on the Billboard Hot 100, later reaching great heights in the top 10, the definition of a sleeper hit. This is easily considered an amazing achievement for someone who released his first mixtape 'Tours' in Summer (July) 2015 and achieving far more recognition than anyone would have anticipated (or even felt deserved). Well, Cool and Dre seem to think there's something about him, as they have just signed him to their record label 'Epidemic Records'. Additionally, he just signed a joint venture record deal to DJ Khaled's own label We the Best Music Group and Epic Records. It's hard to say for certain at this point, if he is about to add his name to the checklist of one-hit wonders, with his career snowballing at this stage.
